You are in the primary Orientation section for ER Nurse.  Use the dropdown menu above to access the study guides.  You may use the study guides during the test.  When you pass the test, you will receive an email with a link to download your test completion certificate.  Print the certificate and return a copy to Human Resources, along with a copy of your American Heart BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.  If you do not have current AHA BLS and ACLS certification, please coordinate with HR or your Manager to get scheduled for our next class.  Also print the RN or LPN Department Orientation Checklist and Medication Policy from the dropdown menu, read/sign, and bring to your first shift, and your Manager will give you further instructions.  Your Department Orientation Checklist needs to be completed and submitted to your Manager within six weeks.  If you are an LPN, also print the IV Policy and NG Tube Policy and bring to your first shift.
